My husband, like most men, is a big fan of buffalo chicken wings.
Funny thing is I don’t actually like buffalo chicken wings, I just like dishes made with buffalo style chicken. Weird, I know.
But this fun dish I created was a big hit with both of us. It had the buffalo chicken flavor, but was nicely complimented by the ranch, veggies, and crescent cups.
Plus they easy to make and they look pretty cute. Bonus!
Buffalo Chicken Cups
- 2 packages crescent rolls
- 2 cooked and chopped chicken breasts
- 1/3 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/3 cup ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup diced red and yellow peppers
- 1/4 cup grated onions
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 Tbs parsley
