4 Ingredient SKINNY Chocolate Cheesecake Mousse
A skinny chocolate cheesecake mousse with only 4 ingredients?
Did I also mention it’s gluten free?
I know what you’re thinking, “Can this actually be real life?”
Yes, sweet friends.
Grab yourself a big ol’ spoon and dig right in – eat the whole batch if you have a monster chocolate craving. Why not? This whole batch has less fat/calories/sugar than a slice of chocolate mousse cheesecake, and dare I say, it tastes just as good!
The texture is a cross between cheesecake and mousse. It is smooth and creamy yet rich and dense. The intense chocolate flavor is perfect for all my fellow chocoholics out there.
Maybe try making this for your love on Valentine’s Day. One glass, two spoons
Nothing says I love you quite like this!

Oh my heavens. Now, normally I don’t get the chocolate cravings like most, but when I do, I crave it in big, bad ways. Polishing off one of these bad boys would be such a cinch for me to do, especially if it’s guilt-free and tastes like a mousse/cheesecake hybrid. Sign me up for six parfaits, please! I heart this, Steph, and beautiful pictures!!
