Skinny Crock Pot Chicken and Veggie Chowder

Skinny Crock Pot Chicken and Veggie Chowder

Ingredients
- 6 cups chicken stock
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts (cut into bite sized pieces)
- 1 medium onion (chopped)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 stalks celery (chopped)
- 4 cups potatoes (cubed)
- 1 can corn
- 2 bay leaves
- lemon pepper (to taste)
- salt (to taste)
Directions

| Add all ingredients to your crock pot, stir and cover. Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4-5 hours. Enjoy!! | |
