Raspberry Oreo Truffle Crack
What could be better than raspberry Oreo truffles?
Raspberry Oreo Truffle Crack.
It tastes the same but there is no pesky rolling involved and it takes all of 10 minutes to make!
This is perfect for a last minute Valentine’s Day treat, or for anyone who doesn’t want to spend a lot of time rolling a million truffles of cutting out countless heart shaped cookies!
I used regular Oreos in this recipe and added raspberry extract to get the bright fruity flavor. So dreamy!
Disclaimer: This is called crack for more than one reason. Yes, you crack it apart giving it a rustic look. Also…it’s crazy addictive. Sorry about that. At least I warned you!

This looks soooooo good! I am going to say that I have to try it sometime…but I have an addiction to plain ol’ oreos as it is, so chances are they will be gone before I ever finish the recipe!!! But I’m pinning it to try!
