Clam Chowder Made in the Crock Pot
This recipe for Clam Chowder is a family favorite. Making it in the crock pot is such a time saver, and everyone is happy at dinner time!
I am crossing my fingers that warm weather is right around the corner, but as of now there is still snow on the ground. This makes me want soup for dinner pretty much everyday.
You may have noticed I have a thing for making soups and chowders in the crock pot. I’ve shared my Skinny Southwest Slow Cooker Soup, Skinny Crock Pot Chicken and Veggie Chowder, and a favorite among my readers: Crock Pot Creamy Chicken and Rice Soup.
This particular chowder is a spin on my grandma’s recipe that we all love. She makes the best chowder! Since I can never get mine to taste quite like hers, I decided to change it up a bit and make it my own. Maybe one day my grand kids will think my chowder’s pretty great too. I will have my grandma to thank!
