In case you didn’t know, peanut butter and Oreos are kind of perfect together. These cookies should have been made ages ago – what took me so long to come up with this yummy recipe?
These peanut butter cookies are chewy and packed with flavor, and the crunch from the Oreo chunks gives them such a great texture! These are perfect for dunking in milk or coffee!
I think next time I will add chocolate chips into the dough to give another layer of texture…and because more chocolate is never a bad idea

Cookies and Cream Peanut Butter Cookies

- 3/4 cups unsalted butter
- 3/4 cups creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar (packed)
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon corn starch
- 2 1/3 cups all purpose flour
- 20 Oreos (chopped)
- 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
If cookies are too puffy, flatten them slightly with the back of a spatula immediately after baking.
|Preheat oven to 350 |
In a large bowl cream together the butter, peanut butter, and sugars. Add in the eggs, salt, and vanilla, and mix well. Add the corn starch and slowly mix in the flour until combined. Stir in the Oreos and chocoalte chips.
|Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto an ungreased baking sheet 2" apart. Bake for 6 minutes. Let cookies rest on baking sheet for 2 minutes before moving them to a wire rack to cool. Store in an airtight container.|
